June 27, 2021 Update:
We are accepting new clients.
As of June 27, 2021, face masks are recommended for clients. All staff will still wear face masks and have disposable ones available for patients.
As with normal procedures, if you feel sick or are running a temperature of 100.4 or above, please reschedule or hold off on scheduling an appointment until you feel better and are not running a temperature.
Intake forms will still include a COVID-19 release form (HIPAA compliant safe and secure online intake forms will be sent to you prior to your appointment for a faster and contactless client onboarding process).

May 18, 2020 Update:
Accepting new clients
Please acknowledge these procedures prior to scheduling an appointment:
We are requiring all clients wear a face covering during the appointment. This helps protect our therapist. All Therapist are required to wear a face covering as well to help protect you. If you do not have a face covering, we have disposable face mask at the office.
Contactless temperature checks will be implemented on your appointment day prior to your session. If you have a temperature of 100.4 or above, you will be asked reschedule your appointment to a later day when symptoms subside. We highly recommend you check your temperature before you leave for your appointment to avoid an unnecessary trip.
We recommend you pre-pay for your appointment. This will ensure a contactless check our process. Tips can be left in a jar that will be in each treatment room.
We will only be seeing 1 client in the office at a time.
All employees will also be required to have temperature checks prior to starting their shift.

Disinfecting Procedures and Protective Gear:
Disinfectant procedures include: disinfecting all door knobs, the check out counter, writing utensils, bathroom, treatment rooms, common area, and floors.
Upon entering the office, clients will be required to immediately wash their hands in the restroom before proceeding to the treatment room.
As an extra precaution, anyone with an underlying condition as outlined in the CDC guidelines will be required to get a doctors referral prior to being seen at our office. Please see an outline of those conditions here: cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/hcp/underlying-conditions.html
Office changes:
We have installed a contactless paper towel dispenser, faucet, soap dispenser, and light fixtures in the bathroom. We have added air purifiers with HEPA filter to each treatment room and common area for added air circulation.
Magazines have been removed in the common areas. Appointments at the office are scheduled minimum of 30 minutes apart to thoroughly sanitize before and after each client.
